"Should have known this place would be bad right when I walked in the lobby to check in. Guy at the front desk was dirty and unfriendly. The hallways looked dirty. The room was very rundown. I would have asked for a refund had I booked directly with the hotel. Even so, I almost just left after I took a shower. This place was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. "

"Nice"

"Our stay was amazing! We had actually booked at a different hotel that was disappointing and worrisome. We booked last minute at this Holiday Inn Express, and it was fabulous! The staff was so wonderful and went out of their way to make us more comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, engaging, and helpful. The Room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great! We will definitely stay here again, and other Holiday Inn Express locations."

"Hotel was clean and room was comfy. Indoor pool was great for the kids and to relax. Breakfast was good but could def use a waffle maker like other places. Other then that no complaints. Would stay again"

"Staff quick to respond for check-in, friendly, and easily accessible by phone. Room was clean and comfortable. Rooms use door codes instead of keys which I appreciated for ease of check-out and to not have to worry about a physical key. "

"Room was very nice and roomy. Having a kitchen helps when traveling with a family and from such a long way from home. Home-made food is always missed while traveling, so the kitchen is nice to have. Also having the separate living room area away from your bedroom is nice for separation. "

"The staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the stay was great. The only thing that was a little off was they didnt have Netflix or a smart TV options though they did have HBO but with kids its nice to have Netflix or to be able to stream to the TV. Very clean and again the staff were all great. If they can upgrade the elevators and some of the work out equipment it wouldve been a 10/10 but I would give them a solid 8/10 and definitely worth the stay. "

"Very quiet location even with the waterpark in walking distance! Breakfast was amazing (loved the waffle bar and eggs) and the room was even better with shower jets near the shower nozzle that created extra steam! Bed was comfy but pillows were too soft (probably a me issue). If we plan to stay in Draper again we will keep this location in mind! "
