"We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Laudinella. Rabat at reception was particularly helpful and welcoming, and Fatima, who was on duty at night, was lovely. Another receptionist in the evening was less helpful. The transfer service was good, which was useful as the hotel is quite far from the town centre. The information about the amenities could have been clearer. At reception, we were told that the Jacuzzi and gym cost extra. The public facilities offered as an alternative were around ten minutes away and did not suit our needs. Overall, a lovely hotel and an enjoyable stay, but clearer information about the facilities and friendlier service from the restaurant staff would improve the experience."

Simply pointed to the center to walk to infront or to the left to the mountain. Would have loved a little more insight. Thank goodness for Google. this time of the year not much going on there. "This is a delightful place to stay in Pontresina. Great location, close to a chairlift and multiple hiking trails. The hotel provides minibus transport from the station, which is a nice perk. All the staff were charming and super helpful, arranging a taxi to another town for us and a packed lunch for the train. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge choice. Next time we would like to stay more than one night, as we were very sorry to leave. I highly recommend staying here!"

"Even before I arrived I was impressed ! We had travelled overnight from urban by train and asked for an earlier check in . This was confirmed some weeks before our arrival and so I was confident we were likely to be welcomed nicely upon arrival, which we were. Extremely pleasant person on check in explained everything clearly, kindly and quickly. Our room had a shared WC and shower. While I find this unusual these days in an hotel it was not an issue for us at all. The pool and jacuzzi were extremely welcome during our stay. The buffet breakfast was very kind and dining area for super relaxed, well decorated and clean. Would I recommend a stay here ? Yes however if you have mobility issues the lack of a lift may cause issues. I will happily stay here again. Thank you to team for such a great job."
