My room was lovely with a lot of beautiful wood. The front desk were wonderful. There is a walking trail right beside the hotel and a bus stop very close to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was very good and there was even a bakery.

Ein tolles Hotel mit allerhand Comfort. Absolut empfehlenswert. Einzig der Fluss Bernina war zu laut und hat für innere Unruhe gesorgt.

Comfortable room, friendly service, delicious food

We stayed at the start of a multi-day hiking trip, and appreciated the locations a short walk from the train station and various shops. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff worked to make sure we had a great stay. I also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant; the fish menu is perfect for someone who wants to try as much as possible. Breakfast was also excellent (you benefit from the hotel’s affiliation with the bakery).

Leider hatten wir Pech beim Frühstückspersonal. Anstatt morgens begrüsst zu werden, wurden wir ziemlich garstig und unverzüglich nach der Zimmernummer gefragt.. als dürften wir uns sonst auf keinen Fall in diesem Raum aufhalten....... in Schweizerdeutsch hat sie die Zimmernummer nicht verstanden... anstatt jedoch nochmals nachzufragen, hat sie uns ziemlich frech belächelt und meinte, dass es diese Zimmernummer gar nicht gebe.... am nächsten Morgen lief es leider fast genau gleich... Sonst war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und das Hotel ist sehr schön!

Alles bestens

Ich war nur für eine Nacht im Hotel Albris. Schönes Einzelzimmer mit grosszügigem Bad (Dusche, WC). Restaurant war leider ausgebucht, so kann ich darüber nichts sagen. Personal an Reception ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wäre auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

The owners and staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic as it is close to the bus stop. The bakery is definitely a huge plus. On of my favourite things was the freshly squeezed oranges at breakfast.

This boutique hotel is run by the most wonderfully friendly, hospitable people. We wanted to rent electric mountain bikes, and they said no need. We have two. They were such fun to use to explore Ste Moritz and Val Roseg. Breakfasts are plentiful and so tasty as the breads and pastries are made in house. Unforgettable experience!

Great hotel with excellent staff

This is an excellent hotel with very helpful and efficient staff. It is very well located close to public transport and funiculars, as well as many restaurants and cafes. The free transport card available to guests who spend more than one night at the hotel is a great idea. We were able to visit other towns close by such as St. Moritz and Samedan. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast and our room was spotless. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Albris - A true pleasure!

Great hotel, began as a bakery over 100 years ago. With bakery still there, this family hotel has great breakfasts with all the baked good selections and other items available. Family run, the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Wonderful experience! Location was great as well.

Hotel di sogno a due passi da St Moritz

L'hotel Albris è un'isola di benessere e ospitalità protetta dal tempo. Di proprietà di una vecchia famiglia engadinese, è un gioiello di albergo che ti fa assaporare una dolcezza e uno charme di cui parlano i grandi romanzi dei primi del novecento, dedicati alle Alpi e alla cultura cosmopolita della Mitteleuropa. Durante tutto il mio soggiorno la cura dei dettagli è sempre stata in nome del servizio al cliente e mai del lusso gratuito o volgare. La clientela è tutta di persone gentili ed educate, che si salutano al mattino con un sorriso assaporando i deliziosi prodotti bio della prima colazione, servita in sala di pino con vista sulle montagne innevate. L'hotel è anche sede di un ottimo ristorante e di una panetteria/pasticceria famosa in tutta Pontresina. Potete solo immaginarvi la bontà dei pani e dei croissants. Le piste di St. Moritz sono raggiungibilie con un autobus che si ferma letteralmente davanti all'albergo. La spa, che include due saune a diverse temperature e un bagno turco, è impeccabile. E' stato un soggiorno di sogno. Grazie Hotel Albris!

Pleasant stay

Front desk staff and housekeeper are very detailed minded, eg suggested a travel plan to save my time, as I needed to leave before 6pm on that day. Housekeeper showed it when clean the room and place my stuffs. I am also deeply appreciated the chef to make different kinds of bread for all guests and customers at midnight (as I saw it when arrived hotel),it's for us to enjoy it in breakfast time and can buy it in the shop. It's the best hotel for my 10 days travel in Switzerland.
