"The room was clean, the property grounds were very nicely taken care of. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was excellent along with the wait staff. The breakfast was also very good. The property is in a very nice location from the airport and the hotel shuttle is very convenient. "

"Great place to stay. Modern and nice. A/C great. Beds comfy. Staff incredibly nice. This was our last hotel after two weeks of travelling in Italy. We picked it simply because it was closer to the airport. The town of Ostia is one of the original port cities of Rome and we discovered the ruins. We spent 4.5 hours walking through them and still had lots to see. The beach is just across the street from hotel so if that is your need, this hotel solves it. Food in the area is WAY less expensive than anything in the more touristy areas. Menus only in Italian in the restaurants we visited which points to locals-focused dining: no tourist prices. Lastly, they have a shuttle! There is a cost attached but way cheaper than a cab ride. They pick you up at the airport and drop you off with advance notice. My advice is to stay here, hit crowded Rome during the day and come back here for your calm evening dining."

"You will never regret staying here! Such a cutely decorated room with the best location ever! Pearla and Ricardo are amazing people and such wonderful helpful hosts! There is a huge beautifully decorated balcony which is the perfect spot for the amazing morning breakfast they provided! In the evenings the twinkle lights and many quaint items make sitting there ending your day off with a glass of wine so relaxing, We just loved watching all the people below on the pedestrian street amidst the many, many outdoor restaurants. So close to the sandy beach, half bloc away, you can even see a bit of the sea from the deck,,,, many different places with options for renting a lounge chair and umbrella along the beach! There are 3 suites available with the shared kitchen and deck We look forward to hopefully returning one day Sherry and Gord from Canada June 2026"

"The room and space were very clean and well maintained. I was greeted at the apartment and shown my room and all the amenities in the shared space. There was a lovely balcony to take coffee or breakfast on. I unfortunately only stayed one night. Alessio assisted me via chats and was extremely helpful. I took the train from Rome which was very easy about 30 minute ride. There are many things to do and see in Ostia. Great seafood! I would return when summer is a bit more underway as I went in May. Hope to visit next year!"
