"Clean room and ideal for one night "

"The property is small but clean and modern. It's located behind a pub which makes the location good. We stayed in the same cottage last November and everything was good, however, this time was has not good. On the first evening we found the cottage very cold. We tried altering the thermostat but no good. We had to wrap towels around us to keep warm. I sent an email to the owner but had no reply. Tried ringing him twice but it rang out. "Good free breakfast for all guests although we were charged extra by Expedia which was annoying. Dated decor in the rooms but clean bathroom. Our room was very cold and the heating only worked intermittently (we turned the radiator to full but it came on for about an hour one night and roasted us on the final night, two other nights had no heating at all). Parking was ok but we got the last available space on a couple of days after going out… I think you can park in the approach road for free...
