"Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. "

"The kitchen was well equipped and lavazza coffee machine was great. I especially loved the brand new microwave oven and extra space in 2 wardrobes. I will absolutely be back if I come to Verona and will look at Oriana hotels elsewhere I would say the shower head was a bit loose and limescale and some corners need deep cleaning for Stains but it was excellent condition Staff were friendly and smiley and the restaurant suggestion was great "

"Localizado no limite da ZTL. Ficamos numa opção com 2 quartos e 2 banheiros e foi muito bom. Nenhum banheiro era no quarto. Camas boas. Cozinha bem pequena, suficiente para café da manhã simples. Não falta água quente, pois tem aquecedor exclusivo para o apartamento. O hotel está na ponta da região histórica e turística. Para qualquer ponto turístico bastava andar sempre na mesma direção. "Es war alles wunderbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich bekam ein unerwartetes Upgrade und das Apartment war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet sowie komfortabel . Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt und kurze Fußwege zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich komme gern wieder. "

Checking trains , booking the spa restaurant recommendations she is such a lovely lady . Apartment were so lovely spacious and clean we had an amazing view . Breakfast was delicious lots of variety and Anita in the breakfast room was so nice and pleasant always smiling and working so hard . Apartments close to everything perfect...

"The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....

"Very nice boutique hotel with very helpful staff and in the center of Verona not far from the Arena. Very clean room with a good bed, good shower and all toiletries supplied. My only real issue is that breakfast starts at 7:30am; I would like it to be earlier because of my work commitments."
