Palazzo Monga exceeded all expectations. Julia and her team delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property is stunning, with beautifully appointed rooms that combine elegance and comfort. Its location is ideal—just steps from Verona’s historic district and surrounded by excellent dining options. Without question, this was the finest hotel we stayed at during our two-week trip to Italy. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Verona.

I’m hesitant to share a review because I kinda want to keep this place a secret, but at the same time this hotel really deserves a positive review and recognition for being amazing. It’s an absolutely stellar boutique property with an incredible staff. When you stay here, it feels like you’re staying at a friend’s mansion in the heart of the old city.

Huzzah to Arthur!

It was amazing. Traveling with a friend, we feld every bit of comfort extended for us. If we make it to northern Italy, we will be sure to get to Verona (on sunnier days) if only to stay at the Palazzo Monga a bit longer and have a chat with the wonderful Arthur again. He is a treasure.

The presidential suite was beyond nice. I’m sure the other rooms are beautiful too. The front desk manager, Arthur, was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for walking everywhere as we did. There was noise from a street project but it looked temporary.

What made this exceptional was the concierge, Arthur. He was A on everything. We felt very well received and cared for upon our arrival into the heart of old downtown Verona. He lined us out, took care of dinner reservations and made sure everything was ship-shape. In addition to that, the space we rented was spacious and wonderful!

We stayed in the beautiful Executive Suite and the rooms were very large and decorated in authentic Italian style. The person on reception was extremely helpful. Breakfast was included and served in the room. It was simply the best breakfast we have ever had (try the fruit platter), very generous and beautifully served. The room was cleaned daily and very thoroughly and the bed was very large and comfortable. A couple of minor irritations - the tv was in the bedroom not the lounge and there was a bar just outside the bedroom window which had noisy occupants one evening - but I guess that should be expected in a city hotel. The location of the hotel was amazing. Highly recommended.
