"We wanted to make our anniversary special, so we chose this hotel for its location, pools and mention of a restaurant. Everything was prepared beautifully. I truly wish I remembered the names of the staff or had written them down. There was an older gentleman and a woman with braces in the restaurant that were so incredibly attentive and kind. "Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge.
