"Awesome stay with the family, super safe for the kids.and great choices when eating. Throughly recommend to stay here and will again on our return to Madeira. Have to say one of the best Mojitos Iâve ever had was here!! Too say the least, it wasnât the only one ! đđđ"

"Fantastic hotel and stay. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. I was even surprised with a cake on my birthday :). The hotel bars and breakfast were all great. There are many restaurants within walking distance and there are also several restaurants at the hotel although I did not visit those. The pools are very nice, the ocean access is great for an island with few beaches, and the ocean views are lovely. There is music every night at the bar and plenty to do at the hotel! The room itself was very clean and refreshed frequently. This is a 5 star hotel for a reason"

"This hotel was very nice. Nice pool and place to swim in the ocean. Staff were nice. Plenty of parking. The only negative was the tub was slippery."

"Beautiful views from virtually everywhere on the property. Great location close to downtown Funchal, but far enough away for the area to feel quiet and calm. Nice restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel staff were excellent! Professional, friendly, and helpful. Received an upgrade at check-in to a fantastic room with an even more amazing private deck overlooking the Atlantic. Buffet breakfast was good. Overall, the property was great, hated to leave."
