"Location was great to the area shops, restaurants, taxis, and marina. Breakfast was reasonably priced and good tasting. Rooms were a nice size and clean. Housekeeping staff do a phenomenal job keeping the rooms clean. Hotel staff were all helpful and nice. Love their t-shirts! I tried to buy one but couldn’t. That’s my only suggestion, sell the t-shirts. Great advertisement!"

"Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. Customer service is difficult to reach and might be a bot (?). Said to leave immediately because the room was double booked. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...

"Breakfast could be better A/C on the 3rd floor, card must be kept in place because the flow of A/C is weak If you leave the card then the room is confortable when you arrive (during summer period)"

"This couldn’t have been a better place to stay! There was cold air conditioning always available, the staff cleaned our room daily which was a nice surprise. The facilities are new and very modern. It is right in the heart of the city, which made it so easy to go to restaurants at night. This was such an amazing place to stay and we hope to come back again one day."

"There are no words to express how beautiful my ocean view with a balcony room was. I heard waves all night. Bubble baths while staring at the ocean. Paul was at the desk when I arrived. I’d spoken to him a week earlier and he made sure I understood the Resort was away from the city. He was absolutely amazing. The staff the food the drinks were everything. La fo Breeze was my favorite drink. Watermelon liqueur and tequila. OMG!!!! The Salmon!!! OMG!!!! It was one of the best travel experiences...
