"During our stay the Hotel had a scheduled water outage to make repairs. We were not notified of the outage that was originally scheduled until 12:00. I asked why we were not notified, i was told that a message was sent to all of the room phone, our phone was not working. When I inquired about the status again, I was infofmed that the it was now scheduled for 5:00 pm. This upset our entire day. When the water is off for a entire day it creates sanitary conditions for occupants not being able to flush their commodes. I would ask that in the future whenever major repairs inconvenience your customers to ensure that they are notified. We have stayed at many Fairfield Inns, and other Hotels when repairs were required but we were always given prior notification. Thank you Herbert Harrison Sr "

"The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. We were greeted at check-in. Housekeeping was fantastic and their breakfast was good on top of that there’s free parking. "

"Parking was fine , security was good . The road leading up to the motel had huge pot holes and I was concerned I was going to break an axle on my car . They was a lot of noise outside our room during the night . We were concerned. I don’t think we will be back at this location. "

"We were impressed with the lobby when we walked in, and the gal at check-in was WONDERFUL (we checked in the evening of 4/11/26). We were a little surprised that our room had an exterior entrance, but were too tired to request a different room since we would only be there one night. After a long day at the Masters tournament, we were both looking forward to a shower before an early bedtime. There were no bath towels in the bathroom, so I headed back to the front desk - again - the gal was sweet (and FAST!) about getting me some towels. The bathroom was "interesting" - no vanity or shelves, just a sink on the wall, and no shower curtain! We both showered carefully so as not to flood the bathroom, and had no choice but to store our toiletry bags on the floor. We turned in for the night (10pm) and suddenly heard kids screaming and running around, adults talking loudly and music from a car in the parking lot below. After 10 minutes of this noise, I called the front desk and was told the gal would address the issue (AGAIN - fast, effective service - THANK YOU!!). I chose not to shower in the morning because I feared that washing my hair would result in a flooded bathroom. The"

"Some of the staff was not too friendly"

"Very clean hotel. Had breakfast one time and the food was standard hotel food. The hotel doesn’t look anything like a holiday inn from the outside. It’s just s brown brick building. The pictures were a little misleading. Overall experience was great. Front desk was friendly. "
