"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "We booked a delux room which was listed as sleeping 6 to accommodate us - 2 adults & 2 teenage girls. We had to request an additional bed to be brought to the room, as 2 sharing the sofa bed was unfeasible. We were told the arrangement for 6 would 3 in the king bed (!!) 2 sharing a sofa bed, and one on a roll in single bed. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful in getting the extra bed, but it didn’t arrive until 22:30 that night. Don’t bother with breakfast option - we found it chaotic with lots of items running out and terrible coffee. Lots of better breakfast spots minutes of the hotel. Great location, loved the sea view."
