"Checked in to an uncleaned room. No sheets, trash cans full, everything used. Said they'd send a maid to clean it. Went back to ask for a different room. Got into new room. No compensation whatsoever. Ate dinner at the hotel. Waiter rarely visited, food to table was no less than an hour. Half an hour and asked twice for drinks. Finally got up after 2 hours and left as we were the last table and our waiter had just disappeared. Smaller wellness center. For the $500+ USD this was disappointing."

"I loved this location because it wasn’t in the busy area like lake Bled or lake Bohinj. Nice, quiet area for hiking and lots of cycling paths. There is no air conditioning but we asked for a fan and that really helped. It was really hot when we were there. The shower had water pressure issues and kept changing temperature as I was showering. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The decor is definitely retro but I felt it worked for this place. The room had fleas in a single pillow but that was handled quickly; seemed like an isolated incident, possibly a dog with the previous guest.
