We had a fabulous first experience in Bled, and the hotel looked after ask with a fantastic room with double balcony. We couldn’t have had a better stay and will almost certainly return. Thank you"

"The hotel is trying to impress but it feels forced. The Atmosphere is dry with odd sounding music. The rooms are dark. No fridge or other amenity. No one smiling. Service slow. Food not quite hitting the mark. It just didn’t feel friendly. Disappointing."

"Too expensive for what was actually received with a lot of hidden fees and costs not mentioned in booking (including a tourist fee). The gym is not on site even though it is mentioned in the booking. As a solo traveler, I felt judged multiple times by the staff especially during check in by the front desk receptionist who mainly appeared annoyed I was bothering her when she seemed about to get off her shift (I was asked if I was staying here many more times than the average group of visitors...
