"There is no "front desk" or on-site staff coverage. It is all self-serve and that is not clear from the ad. The room was not very clean. Specifically, there were dead flies on the window and the wall of the bathroom. No room cleaning service is available and no clear way to have items replenished. The bathroom towels were tiny and threadbare. The bathroom is clearly a "created" room which was incredibly tiny! The shower was the smallest I've ever seen with a glass shelf in the corner which I hit...
