"A guest beneath us smoked marijuana for over an hour, and the smoke filled our room while we had our 8-month-old baby with us. We called the front desk twice and nothing was done. When my husband spoke to the front desk manager , she was rude and unprofessional and did not handle the situation appropriately. The issue was only addressed after escalation, but by then our stay was already disrupted. We also followed up afterward and did not receive a proper resolution."

"Large rooms/suites. Separate living area from bedroom. Staff members were gracious. It was nice having a small happy hour (cheese, crackers and fruit) and two well drinks included. Very good made to order omelettes!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed relaxing in the indoor hot tub, and they offered movies by the fire pit with s’more making. "

"Cute property right on the bay. Clean room, nice amenities. The only thing id say something about, the kuerig k cups where all decaf or tea. That was rough for my 4am wakeup. Thats really the ONLY complant. "
