"I was charged for two breakfast at 23 each,but this hotel doesn’t serve breakfast,I want my money back "

"Room was clean. AC did not work. Front staff were rude like they are used to dealing with low clientele. The worst issue was the noise. The walls are paper thin and someone above me was talking and singing and I could hear everything. Kept me up most of the night. The pool looked great. I likely would not stay there again. A plus was they allow dogs but charge $50 a night extra which is too much. "

"This is not the hotel for you if you have chemical sensitivities or are reactive to smoke. The property that is now an MGM extension his ascent profile that’s piped throughout the entire hotel. It’s quite noticeable and irritating. There’s no escape from it even in your room which makes sleeping difficult. Check-in is located right next to the casino floor, particularly close to the smoking area, which means you have to walk through the smoke to check in and back through it to get to the hotel...

"I’ve stayed in the hard rock several times and never had a bad experience until this time. The room was nearly 800.00 for the night and it was the trashiest room I’ve ever been in especially for the price I paid for it. There was garbage from someone else left on the floor, the furniture is falling apart the lamp shade is stained and the carpet is stained, and full of cigarette burns. The “upgrade “ extra charge was more of a downgrade."
