"What a wonderful stay in a beautiful place! Giuseppe could not have been more helpful. He even came and rescued us when we drove up the wrong street and did not know how to find our way back. This is a beautiful hill town. The view from the rooms is breathtaking."

One of the brothers gave us a tour of his herb garden explaining each plant, where it came from and how its used with cooking. I gave them 5/5 stars because I don’t think they deserve a 4/5 but they are not perfect either. They could have provided more help navigating the local busses and restaurants. When we arrived they gave us a map of Sciacca and about 5 local restaurants but we still had a hard time...

"Fabulous location and a fascinating building - highly recommend the little tour that you can take to learn about the history. The pool is lovely, as is the walking in the countryside around the abbey - other than that there's not a lot to do other than soak up the atmosphere. We stayed for two dinners and one lunch.
