"We made a last minute change to a planned itinerary for a driving tour of Montenegro from Split. We were going to Budva first but many locals said Budva was not for us and suggested Tivat. Porto Palace was available and I arranged a 3 night stay. As it last minute we took what was available and had a low floor with no view. The rooms are apartments with full kitchens. "Very nice, clean, and spacious room with a beautiful private patio overlooking the Kotor Bay. We also had a fridge and fully stocked small kitchen. The private beach right across the street was amazing. The host also provided beach chairs. Check in and check out were seamless. Free parking was a great bonus. Would definitely stay there again."

"Modern, spacious, and clean apartments in a good location surrounded by restaurants. It's a lovely 20-minute walk along the seafront to the old town and port, and the staff are extremely welcoming. However, the 'sea view' is mostly blocked by adjacent buildings, and the pool is quite tiny. Overall, a good experience and recommended."

"The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that. The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location."
