This property was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, it is situated in a cool old building and the location can't be beat- right in the heart of the old town. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Kotor and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is situated right in the old town. Ideal spot for wandering around, and also trekking up the hill. The staff are very friendly. Even though they are not there all the time, they do give you a contact number. In our room the only let down was the shower head which wouldnt stay upright.

Matt the manager was available and gracious and especially helpful with programing a tv program. The cafe downstairs was a lovely compliment to the apartment, friendly and supportive.

This is a great location for exploring Kotor Old Town. The staff are really friendly, especially in the cafe (Patisserie by Wine House) below the apartments. Being apartments in the old town, means that space in bathrooms is limited. Some minor repairs need to be addressed. For example, the shower hose and bracket. However, in some strange way, this adds to the character of the place and did not affect our stay.

Excellent location in Old Town Kotor. Close to the north gate and an easy walk to stores, bus stops, and other attractions outside Old Town. We found it to be quiet at night as well. The apartment had everything we needed and everything worked. Cooking would be a challenge but we made good use of the fridge and hot water kettle.

The shower in my unit worked, but its a bit tired. Max was great, but if I owned this unit, I would rebuild that shower stall. Everything else was perfect, the bed is comfortable and the a/c worked. I would return again.

Great stay, some little problems

I travelled with my mom. Lovely room in a very old but still very comfortable beautiful old town building! Excellent location right in the middle of everything. Also a short walk to the beach and the shopping centre. Shower was hot and with a good pressure. Only complaints I’d have are with the toilet, as the seat wasn’t properly attached and the whole thing was very tightly placed, so any non normal weight person would have problems sitting down. Also the hand soap pump bottle was broken. Otherwise a great stay, would stay a few days again! Very friendly host.
