"There was no pool or waterpark access available — only a small, isolated arcade. The security guards were kind, and the arcade staff were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel staff and management was extremely disappointing. The manager falsely told me the waterpark would be opening the next day, which convinced me to extend my stay and pay for an extra night unnecessarily. I later found out this information was untrue.
The room also had maintenance issues, including a refrigerator that leaked water. On top of that, around 8 a.m., someone attempted to enter our room and kept trying the door handle. Thankfully, I had the security latch engaged, but the situation felt very frightening and unsafe."
