"Nice rooms. If you like gambling it’s good. No entertainment during the week. Pool is very nice. Not enough restaurants on site that offer moderately priced food."

"Simply terrible. Check in: took 2 hrs to check in, only to be told that room isn’t ready and to come back later. No apology nothing. It’s obviously so common, staff don’t even bat an eye. Waterpark: needs completely refurbished. Disgusting. Dirt everywhere, and zero effort being made to clean. From dirty tissues in the pools, to just literally pieces of dirt and grime everywhere. Room: never cleaned, didn’t even have toilet paper and towels when I finally checked in. Everyone was leaving...

"They didn’t clean our room properly (no hand towels) and when we called downstairs to ask for some they told us someone would be coming right up but no one ever came. The food menu in our room was the one from last fall, so it was useless. The food choices are very limited and of course quite expensive ($22 for Caesar salad). However the pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed it and the fire pit and all the outside seating. The exercise room was a little sparse but good enough for one person....

"Only stayed oned night. Room was clean. Property in a well lit area. Breakfast was sufficient. Only took off one star due to hairsbeing found in the bathroom upon entering room."

"Very clean! Renovations have really fixed up this hotel. Friendly staff. My bed was not comfortable and hurt my back. It wasn't worth the 500 plus I paid. This hotel has a very convenient Cafe and bar in the hotel."

"We stayed for only one night. Our experience was top notch. This is a great old hotel with an 1800’s vibe, but impeccably restored. Rooms are clean, well appointed and the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Bill at the front desk. It’s right in the center of the action in town. The restaurant was also great, good food and good value."

"Breakfast was meh. Paint was falling off the bathroom ceiling. Tv lost signal at one point. No smart tv. Location was good to outdoor activities and food. Bar/restaurant was good."
