"Loved our short stay here - staff were really helpful (even on email before our stay), the free shuttle could drop us at a few different close set locations at any reasonable time, food was great and the spa was really well maintained. Only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"I think it all has to do with expectations. I think the main problem was it just lacked basic hotel items. No water kettle, no rubbish bin in the room, you had to pay for a coffee or tea yet there was no way to get any - same with water, luckily you can just drink the tap water. "Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

"Location was great for Dolomites. WIFI was well working properly for occasional business. However, my room was not prepared professionally when I arrived. No toilet paper, no shampoo, and no sauna gowns. I think cleaning staffs are not doing their duties. A roll of toilet paper was delivered to my room shortly.
