"The host was very helpful with check in and making sure we underatood how to use the lights and heating system. We appreciated the luggage storage as well when we checked out and went for breakfast. Very close to all major tourist spots and walking distance to major markets and restraunts. Nice quiet location and can walk to Namsan tower even. Very please with our stay."

"This place is conveniently located and equipped with everything for a long-term stay. The room was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The room size was good for two to stay. Having a washer and dryer unit in the room was very convenient, especially in summer. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and professional. My stay was very pleasant. "

"Very clean, modern, and spacious rooms. Excellent suite if you have 5 people or more traveling. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and close to Seoul Myeongdong and Hingdae areas. One area of opportunity is the external noise level. It can get a little loud up to 3 or 4am so I recommend some ears buds. "

"Good location near COEX conv hall especially if you have conference there. Bus and train and airport limousine bus all nearby. Washing machine and large fridge a life saver if you are staying for a longer period. Parking available in the building but can be costly, so to check price if you really need it"

"What a gem! the apartment is extremely clean, minimalist, comfortable, no clutter, perfect for short to mid stay. The staff is super nice and offer flexibility on cleaning schedules. No elevators, something to keep in mind when it comes to handling your luggage but depending on the time, the staff is very happy to help carry them up and down the stairs. "I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"

Good location and services

"Everything was great since checking in. Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. Hot meals, salads, soft drinks and a bottle of wine are included in to-go box. Jenny Jung from the club lounge is very professional and friendly. Our stay was a pleasant one."
