"I think your front desk staff needs training on how to talk to customers. Very disrespectful to customers and they seem they hate their jobs. But the cleanness of the rooms is excellent, ample parking space."

My son commented on the many stains on the carpet hoping it was just Kool Aid. The bathroom fan sounded like and engine revving up and down when turned on and off. The toilet seat that was barely attached and wasnt the right size for the toilet. This place is in need of a major overhaul. On the plus side it was the quietest hotel I every stayed...

"Easy parking"

"The room was to be non-smoking, it wasn't. That was the least of the issues. The room didn't smell of smoke but smelled awful- permeated everything from clothes to travel bags. Everything we had with us went into the washer when we got home, regardless of if we wore it. Bathroom was filthy from the walls to the tub to the floor. We did not shower there - tub was disgusting. Hairdryer was broken - when picked up fell into 2 pieces and greasy dirty. Furniture was bad - long deep scratches in...

"Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

"We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night."

"Oh my. Dirty. Dried paint all over the bathroom. No hot water. Just not worth the money."

"No problem with check-in and check-out. Staff was nice, but room service man obviously didn’t speak English when we were reporting that the toilet paper dispenser broke during our stay. The thing about this hotel is that it is older, with aging elements that need to be upgraded, and things left unfixed such as holes in the wall, need for repainting, need for new carpet in the hallways, and need for deep-cleaning of some things."
