"Staff were really helpful and kind. Room was immaculate, bathroom was spotless and linens were high-quality and pristine. Bed was comfy, and some nice touches like local treats and toiletries. "As a solo female traveller, I was made to feel very welcome and safe. Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and smelt lovely when i arrived. I was given the option not to have the room made up which i took advantage of. Better for me and the entertainment. Food was good and gave value for money.
