"The room I requested was for non-smokers and they accepted my request, but when I arrived they told me they no longer had non-smoking rooms available, so I had to accept what they offered me. Supposedly, there was free Wi-Fi for two devices, but when I checked, I had to pay an additional 13.99 for Wi-Fi. On top of all this, on Sunday, they tried to open the door to my room at 3 in the morning."
