"The property is a little hard to find. It’s listed as Natural Bridge State Resort Park but the hotel itself is called the Hemlock Lodge. It’s built into the side of the hill. The pool is like 100 steps down at the bottom.
Super friendly staff and clean property. A smoke free hotel but the workers are constantly smoking right outside the doors leading out on their breaks.
We were visiting with our 2 dogs. The only issue we had is there is no dedicated spot for the dogs to go to the bathroom. There is a small patch of grass on a drop off near the parking lot and a slanted patch of grass by some of the room. Overall not very dog friendly.
Hot breakfast is complimentary and was good. Not a whole lot of options but some eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The usually bagels, toast, waffles, fruit, cereal etc.
They have food for lunch and dinner to purchase. We went to the dinner one night and it is not worth the price at all. Much better off going to some of the local restaurants down the street like Hungry Hikers bar and grill.
Very convenient location near Red rock gorge. Super quiet.
Overall it’s a little overpriced for what is offered."
