"Checked in and was told everything was ready. Was told key would be in the trailer hanging on a hook beside the front door. When we got to the trailer there was no key. Door was unlocked therefore anybody could just walk in-how long was unit unlocked for? Contacted the owner via email-never responded ..."

"The room was fine - the bed was not. The sheets were old and ‘pilly’. I slept on top of the bed they were so bad. Shampoo /conditioner had not been changed. Bathmat looked old as well. Wifi password didn’t work either."
