"La habitacion que yo reservé era diferente a la que me asignaron, cuando se los hice saber en mostrador me pidieron que se los comprobará y así lo hice les mostré la reserva así como características de la habitación que yo reservé y aún así me indicaron que no iba a ser posible hacer el cambio a esa habitación, pero que sí se podría hacer el cambio con un costo adicional. Cabe mencionar que el asunto del detalle de la habitación mencionaron que fué error de Expedia al poner características...
