"This property is quite new, stylish and well-maintained. It is stylish and has great views from a commanding position on a hill just above the port. It is really an apartment complex with a restaurant open sometimes and offer buffet breakfast with the facility to order some items fresh such as omelettes. The property has a small staffing, but these are friendly, efficient and helpful people. Big shout for Carmelo at breakfast and Karen in the restaurant and the charming chap at the pool bar...

"The view from our room was outstanding. The room itself was spacious with lots of hangers and room to put clothing and unpack and keep suitcases. The washroom was huge. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was large with a place to hang and dry towels and clothes if needed there was a kettle and a mini fridge. The resort was full of people, but never felt that way there were lots of kids and families, and the customers and staff were all super polite. There was always something to do and...

"when we arrived at the reception 1st day no one said Ola or hello wich is very rude, no details no nothing speechless. The hotel is veryy dirty they don’t clean or change the beds and towels once in 3 days. We decide to stay from morning to evening round Puerto Rico, Mogan amazing place because we didn’t want to spend time at the dirty hotel"

"From 9am to 9pm this ‘small’, simple and very clean hotel with a great view over the city is highly recommended. But from 9pm to 9am it’s a different story. The entertainment in the evening is of really mixed quality, but the worst part is that it is extremely loud and often goes on until midnight. One of my personal favourites is Dj Domingo who shows pictures of himself as a baby, but also weird pictures of cats and horses on a big tv screen while playing music. The best part is, that the...
