"I’ve stayed at this amazing hotel many times over the years and, for me, it’s an absolute must stay when visiting Tenerife. Best of the Best! Great food, exceptional service, a beautiful setting, numerous swimming pools and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine, it really is a fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend experiencing the Casas Ducales wing, where the service is friendly and personal. Reception staff are excellent and can’t do enough to help - we had a small issue with our room and were moved with no hesitation and upgraded due to the inconvenience. We will be back!"

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."

Listing suggested there was no washing machine but there was one in the apartment. Apartment itself was a great size if a little dated; however, you get what you pay for and this was great value for money in my opinion."
