"Everyone from the Hotel was EXCELLENT! checking in was fantastic and easy and we extended our days there twice, NO problem staying in the same room! The restaurant and bar was Super. First time I ever left my credit card in the ATM in the lobby and guess what? The doorman had it and returned it to me, He tried to find me but I was already down the road! EXCELLENT hotel!!"

"10/10 location, steps away from the popular La Parroquia cafeteria. Across from the waterfront and Malcon de Veracruz. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel does not have a restaurant, but with many restaurants and food options within walking distance. Tour bus stops across the street. Pricing is very affordable as compared to other hotels in the area. Would definitely book another stay."
