"We had an absolutely amazing time in Tamarindo staying at the Capitan Suizo Boutique hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, and the food was excellent. After exploring the whole town, we concluded that this hotel is likely the nicest place to stay in all of Tamarindo. One of the staff members even went so far as to retrieve a recipe of a dish we were particularly fond of, so we could attempt to recreate it at home. 5/5 stars all...

"The room was very nice and clean; staff were helpful as well. The owner actually helped troubleshoot my electric stove from Prague over video chat, that was cool of him to do that. This was a great stay. However, it felt like a couple's retreat and as a solo traveler it was A. Tad discouraging at times as I was there for 8 days; though perhaps a lack of research on my part. That aside, this place was pretty awesome and close to a local well-pressed grocery store. I would definitely stay here...

The rooms are beautiful, the pool is stunning, the jungle gym is also such an amazing addition but nothing tops the the host himself, he made sure every question was answered and I truly felt at home almost 4000 km from Canada. "We had a wonderful stay at the beach bungalows during our honeymoon! The grounds are beautiful, quiet and peaceful, all while being in a great area to walk anywhere in Tamarindo. We felt well taken care of by the staff and really felt like it was our only little world away from the chaos. We even got a special little message in our bungalow for our honeymoon which was such a nice personal touch. We had wonderful neighbours while staying. We can’t wait to come back and hopefully with our friends...
