Si no te gusta mucho el ruido este condominio es perfecto. Esta muy tranquilo y cerca de establecimientos de comida,cerca de la playa tambien. Me hubiera gustado un estacionamiento dentro del condo, ya que lleve carro rentado y me preocupaba que le pasara algo .Pero los vigilantes estan al pendiente.

Pésimo servicio de administración

La comunicación con la administración desde el principio se batalló, no contestaban y mi viaje ya llegaba y no tenía contacto con ellos, el lavamanos de una recámara estaba tapado y la regadera del otro no funcionaba bien, lo reportamos y fue el Plomero y arreglo. No nos explicaron bien el funcionamiento del edificio, salimos a comprar unas cosas y al regresar la Poli estaba de ronda y duramos media hora en la calle esperando que llegara para abrirnos, no nos dijeron que había un botón por dentro que al oprimirlo habría la Puerta, no dan control del portón de estacionamiento y tienes que avisar que llegaste para que te abran y metas el carro, lo peor fue el último día, nos quedamos sin luz, fue un problema del depa y nunca contestaron, hasta las 10 de la mañana vieron los mensajes que mandamos y tuvimos que dormir sin luz, horrible, dijeron habían dejado el tel en la oficina , fue una emergencia y nunca respondieron, tienen un controlador de luz y creemos estaba mal y es horrible el calor, finalmente solo llegábamos a dormir y en tan poco tiempo que estuvimos ahí, esto pasó, también había una bolsa de basura en la cocina cuando llegamos, fuera de eso todo bien.

tried this place for 1 day before deciding if we would rent for longer period next year and it confirmed that our well being was not their concerns. after only a few hours into this place, electricity was cut for an unknow reason. the responsible person was notified immediately and nothing was done until we left on the following day. we had to go to bed without electricity no hot water and no air conditioning. we checked breakers onside and one was triped. we reset it and nothing happen. next morning we noticed outside breaker near electrical meter was tripped. no access to it and no instructions provided about this possible problem. no apologies provided from the responsable person.

よい点 １　立地が最高。ビーチまで２ブロック。反対側に２ブロック行けばキンタアベニーダ通り。 ２　内装がこじゃれていてとてもかわいい。各部屋にバスルームがついている。 ３　洗濯機がある。 マイナス点 １　チェックインは３：００だが、荷物だけ先に預かってもらおうとメールで到着時間を前もって連絡していた。１：００過ぎに到着したら、ゲートのセキュリティ係が英語が全く通じずほんとに困った。予約書に書いてある電話番号も、ホテルから来たメールに「質問があったらいつでもこの番号に電話してね。」と書いてある電話番号も同じだが、電話しても全く通じない。通りがかった人に通訳してもらって、やっとオーナーに連絡が取れたが、本当に困ってしまった。 ２　シャワーは夜８：００頃使うとほとんど水しか出ない。 ３　大きなテレビが２台あるが、テレビは見られない。ネットフリックスは見られた。 ４　レースのカーテンがないので、中庭を通る人が気になる。 ５　ティッシュがない。ごみ箱がない。クローゼットにやっと小さな竹製のカゴをひとつ見つけたが、あの立派なキッチンを使って料理する人はどこにごみを捨てるのだろう。 ６　鍵が1つしかないので、全員で一緒に行動するしかない。

Muy buena localización y apartamento cómodo. Falta mantenimiento y no hay cambio de toallas ni sábanas nunca. No es un lugar válido para descansar durante los próximos meses ya que están construyendo un edificio a menos de 100 m y el ruido es horrible.

El condominio esta bien ubicado , buena vijilancia , a una cuadra de la playa y a una cuadra de la 5ta avenida , el aire acondicionado es bueno y los cuartos esta remodelados la vdd vale la pena ya que el precio es muy economico y tiene todo lo nececsario para pasarla bien Lo que no me gusto es que la presion de uno de los sanitarios no era muy buena , pero me comentaron que era por problema de una de las bombas , de ahi en fuera lo recomiendo y me volveria a hospedar ahi

We stayed at Luna Maya for one week. Condo Viento 3. Our stay was amazing! We loved the are, location is perfect. It is away from all the loud hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the beach (4 min walk) and a close walk to 5th ave. Also, If you are looking for a great place to dine that is delicious and very reasonable.. try the 500 Grams Grill off 5th ave. Very good! The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Pots, pans, dishes, laundry, plenty of linens. The grounds are immaculately kept. With a 24 hour security guard and a secure lower lever parking garage. Very safe. There is a police station literally across the street. Everyone that works at the property are very helpful and super nice. We had no problems at all during our stay. I recommend this place to anyone that comes with family and wants a quiet, clean, safe place to stay. Thank you Maya Luna for your excellent hospitality. Definitely will be back.

Our concierge (Joao) was fantastic! Attentive, helpful, very nice. Construction next door was a bit loud. But overall a great place.
