Amazing hospitality, treated like family. Beautiful jungle atmosphere and creative architecture. Plenty of space to explore. 10/10 recommending this to friends, family & nature lovers alike.

We had a challenging stay at this place. First of all the place is quite isolated (30-40 mins walk into town) and if you don’t have a car you are at the mercy of taxi drivers who charge whatever they feel like; we were charged anywhere between 150 to 400 pesos for similar distances. Basic amenities were missing. We were asked to bring our own water, and we had to get food elsewhere, despite the place advertising dinners and breakfasts for a feee, they were not able to provide any food during our 2 days stay. The spa was not open either. The only redeeming thing about our stay here was Marco the manager who was very helpful and fast to answer always. Because of him this review is 3 stars and not 1.

Decide no quedarme porque todo fue terrible el acceso complicado sin luces inospito nunca vinieron por mi para llevarme a donde me iba a quedar a dormir porque es casi un kilometro de puro monte sin luces ni señalamientos la persona que me contesto al número de WhatsApp me dijo que le marcara para que abrieta la puerta le marque y entre en mi auto nunca di con el lugar marque varuas veces y solo me era para reganos porque segun me daba indiaciones para llegar y nanda y al funal me dijo pues haber como hace para regresarse y haber si no se pierde me dio mucho coraje y como pude sali del lugar para nunca mas regresar. No entiendo como exoedia propone estos lugares en medio de la nada y pura selva como opciones para hospedar sinplemente bo entiendo imaginense si hubiera llagado a pie.no que horrror Estoy muy indiganda con el propietario y expedia con este momento de terror

Cette endroit est merveilleux! Le propriétaire Nelson et ses employés (Marco y Juanita) sont sympathiques, accueillants et accessibles. Dans la nature à 10 minutes de Playa del Carmen. Ayant réservé une seule nuit, nous sommes demeurés une seconde nuit tellement l'endroit nous plaisait. Le déjeuné en supplément (10$) est copieux et délicieux!
