Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I would like to sue this “hotel” - dump . I made a reservation and no one was even at the reception… we waited 1 hour on a horrible place , under the sun … I tried to call 4 times for help to see if some one will come at the reception and I was force to find another place to stay . HORRIBLE, A DUMP AND I DEMAND MY REFUND!!!!!! Truly never book this dump!
