"This property was convenient to the airport for my one night stay. Dennis at the front desk upgraded me and helped me when I had questions. Breakfast was excellent and staff took care of my luggage when i asked after check out. "
"The El cid hotel is an excellent hotel, we have stayed twice now and have enjoyed the hotel.and facilities each time.The location to the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants and shops is second to none! The hotel rooms and facilities are in my opinion superb, the food is fantastic with lots of variety..I would highly recommend this hotel in the Playa de Palma area, also.only 10 mins drive to the airport, so.tranfers are minimal. "It wasn't clear that our room was in the basement, and despite saying there's a lift, the lift didn't serve the basement. It was very difficult to park our rental car anywhere near. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, but the apartment itself was clean, spacious and overall it was a good experience."
