"Was not impressed with showing up to the location of the hotel only for it to be closed and abandoned looking and a little paper stuck to the window with terrible instructions on how to get to the other location . The younger man at the front desk was very dismissive and shrugged it off like it was no big deal after I walked around In dark streets with my 3 kids looking for the new location . "This is one of our favourite hotels we have ever stayed! It is beautiful and in a great location - everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had breakfast included in our package and it is well worth it - delicious and huge portions! We also loved the pool area and used it almost everyday of our stay. Gorgeous hotel and highly recommend!"
