All'arrivo, camera gelida e unica fonte di calore un piccolo condizionatore, rumoroso e che non riscalda quasi nulla. Lenzuola bagnate per l'umiditá e per coprirsi una coperta di lana stile caserma. Risultato: notte in bianco al gelo e raffreddore il mattino dopo. Al risveglio, ciliegina sulla torta, scopro che l'acqua della doccia non esce calda ma solo tiepidina ai limiti del freddo.
