"Could use washcloths, hair dryer, conditioner and lotion in room. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Staff was nice and helpful. Thank you! "

"Automated checkin was a little tricky as the options did not fit on the screen which moved the "confirm" button off the bottom. In the end we had to not pay for parking to enable the information to fit on the screen (So we had free parking, bonus!). Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was OK though we twice had to ask the receptionist to refill the food as it seems they could only cook 2 rashers of bacon at a time. Overall good value for money though and would stay with this chain again now we know what to expect."
