"Very nice accommodation. Had everything we needed. Nice to have a full apartment in a good location. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only one lift was in order, so a bit slow getting up and down. One of the beds in the pull out couch wasn’t very clean. It would have been nice to have a trash can in the kitchen. I understand wanting to reduce waste, but some things do need to be thrown away. The compost bag was great, but instructions for disposal...

"A comfortable stay. This hotel is a little further from the centre of Annecy but was quite affordable. The breakfast is nice although the coffee could be better. The staff were super helpful and there is a free pool table in the bar area"

The common shower area was not clean, and even the one in my room did not feel comfortable to use barefoot. It felt more like a poorly maintained shared space than a proper bathroom. The bed sheets appeared clean at first, but there were small hairs, which gave an impression of poor hygiene....

"Had a good stay at Neostelia. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and nice. Practical parking in the backyard, though for an additional fee. The beds were also very comfortable! Some might consider the bathroom a little small, but we had no complaints. Walking distance to the old town was also a big plus! Would definitely come back again!"
