"Séjour décevant pour un hôtel affiché comme 4 étoiles. Le rapport qualité‑prix n’est pas au rendez‑vous. Le petit déjeuner est entièrement en self‑service, sans aucune présence du personnel pour débarrasser ou maintenir l’espace propre. Les clients doivent tout faire eux‑mêmes, ce qui ne correspond absolument pas au niveau attendu pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Le personnel de l’hôtel passe la majorité du temps assis à l’extérieur, en groupe, à boire des cafés et fumer juste à côté...

"Très déçue par cet hébergement. Dans une chambre “supérieure” et vu le prix payé, avoir deux lits simples collés pour faire un faux lit double est totalement inadmissible. Les lits étaient extrêmement durs, de très mauvaise qualité, avec des roulettes en plus… on avait l’impression de dormir sur des lits d’appoint. Résultat : très mal au dos et aux côtes toute la nuit, impossible de dormir correctement. Franchement, pour ce standing annoncé, c’est honteux. Je ne recommande pas du tout, à fuir."

"Great location, especially if going to watch football as the Orange Velodrome is just a few mins walk away. There is a metro station a stone's throw from the hotel and also bus services too so ideal base for visiting the area. Breakfast really good too. I'd definitely stay again. "

"This property lacks staff, which makes unexpected situations difficult to resolve. For example, it has a lovely rear garden for guests' use. However, access to it is through a door which is locked or unlocked as guests remember. I was locked outside, by an inattentive hotel staff member no less, who locked the door from the interior without checking to see if anyone was outside. I was trapped in the garden for 45 minutes until another guest happened to come downstairs, saw me, and unlocked...

"If you’re outdoorsy kinds, this is the place to be. Note the rooms are small and amenities basic but great parking and quiet nature scenery. Breakfast available upon request. Beautiful place"

"The accommodations were fair at best. No water in the room. Concrete flooring. No amenities. I guess we paid for location because the hotel was not great. Hot, noisy from the street activity and when we first got there our accommodation was not in the main hotel. In order to stay in the main hotel to avoid walking four blocks further with all our luggage, we had to upgrade to a "family" room which consisted of a double bed and a bunk bed. Not what we thought it would be."

"L'appartement est très vétuste, une lampe pour eclairer le salon mais inutilisable car pas d'ampoule et brancher sur une prise qui ne fonctionne pas. Obligé de s'éclairer avec la lumière de la hotte de la cuisine.... une climatisation cassée et encrassés de poussière. Les rembardes du balcon toutes rouillées et le brise vue inexistant... J'ai eu l'occasion de loger dans cet établissement il y a des années ça n'était pas comme ca... c'est vraiment dommage"
