Great hotel, perfect location

I loved our stay in this hotel! The room is perfect, has everything you need, including a kettle and some coffee/tea. The staff was very helpful and friendl and I enjoyed the breakfast. The location couldn't be any better, right in the center and a 1 minute walk to kayaking.

Beautiful hotel

Friendly staff, beautiful room and central location of hotel. The only thing that can be difficult is finding parking nearby. We found paid parking only a 5 minute walk from the hotel so we got lucky.

Great position in the centre of Cassis

The hotel was ideally situated, right on the harbour and near one of several beaches. Although we only rented a basic room, it was very comfortable, with the air conditioning set at a perfect level. Our towels were changed on a daily basis and the room was kept very clean.

The location is ideal, I would have liked to know beforehand though that the parking was going to be a challenge. hotels.com says the breakfast is included, but it is not. The place is charming and worth it for the spot, but it is in need of maintenance and cleaning.

We felt unwelcome

The hotel is nice and very well located. The service on the first day was horrendous. The woman was very rude and was speaking to somebody on the phone while we were checking in, clearly annoyed with us. When we got in the room it was a mass and disgusting. They cleaned it later so it was okay. We had to bargain for two glasses for our wine and it was a trouble to get a password to Wi-Fi. Overall we felt unwelcome and disappointed.

GREAT location. Not an overly-warm welcome but a very warm check-out (different member of staff). Quite a basic room but comfortable enough. Place needs freshening-up - it's a bit tired-looking.

The best thing about this property is that its right in the heart of the action of Cassis. The worst part is the same. It's quite noisy at night, but room did overlook the street and the music stopped around 10/11pm. My only recomendation is to avoid the attached restauant, as it's terrible, and avail yourself of the myriad of other options.
