"Really lovely helpful staff, breakfast was excellent! We weren't expecting that spread; eggs and all the trimmings, sweets, fruit, yoghurt and juices/coffee. Outdoor pool was a good size but too shaded unfortunately. Mattresses were nice and firm. You can rent beach towels (leaving a €10 deposit and a charge of €1) which was super helpful and convenient. Beach is a 10 mins walk and there is an Italian restaurant around the corner. To go to old town it's a 18 min walk or a quick Uber ride. I...

"This place feels more like a youth hostel than a hotel. The main floor has showers and luggage storage for people who have checked out but still want to use the beach that day but it is impossible to get by them with your luggage down the narrow twisting corridor when they have their stuff spread out all over. "Great location and a nice room, but the stay was let down by poor maintenance. The fridge was dirty, smelled terrible and did not work, so we ended up buying ice just to keep our water cold during the hot Alicante days. We reported it in person and by email, but it was only replaced on our last day. The shower also leaked water into the main room area. A basic room check before arrival would have prevented most of this."

"Todo fue muy fácil y rápido, tanto la reserva como el check in online, como el envío de instrucciones como todo. Buena ubicación si tienes coche porque esta a 15 minutos de todo y se puede aparcar fácilmente en la calle.

"Didn’t get our rooms until 4:30pm. In one of them the shower tray had a huge crack in it that they had tried to fix with silicone. Couldn’t be moved as the hotel was full. In the other room we found a pair of socks that were not ours. Thin walls between rooms. Staff on check in and the breakfast room were very slow. Same at the bar upstairs. Better downstairs. Needs a bit of TLC and some better training of staff. Good location, nice decor, prices at restaurants and bars not that bad."
