"* Too busy front desk for check in or check out depending on the day , if the hotel is hosting any events . This hotel hosts events be warned. * Room premium suite is very clean and comfortable * Inclusive breakfast: there is one for the general guests and another VIP ( which was included on my reservation) . The food most of the time tasted that it was served from the day before therefore it didn’t taste fresh . There was only one day that the food tasted fresh . It was disappointing. I assume that the hotel is very big and make a lot of food to support the demand and this way the food would not taste great as they keeping serving the same food until it finishes . ( this is in regards to the VIP breakfast) * We had most of our dinners in restaurants around town recommended by locals and chat Gpt . NAU and Camarões were great choices . * Lounging by the pool is a big struggle if you’d like peace and quiet . The music is very laud. However this is a personal preference. I chose to lounge at the beach to stay away from the noise. Lots of people happy and dancing also to a live small band ( by the main pool)which can be nice for people wanting this type of fun. I have nothing against it. * Gym facilities are ok . * It was a nice stay . Probably the best catered around the Natal city ."

"O hotel tem estacionamento amplo, gratuito. Fornece toalhas para piscina e praia gratuitas. Boa piscina, belíssima vista, café da manhã completo e gostoso. Quartos amplos e limpos, ótimo chuveiro, equipe atenciosa e simpática. Excelente!"
