"The service was excellent! We got a complimentary ride from the airport. Even though our flight was 30 minutes late, the shuttle driver waited for us at the airport. Then everyone was very welcoming offering free water bottles every day and also an apple when we were leaving early and didn’t have time for breakfast. Also, the food at the Erie Grill was excellent and included some healthy options."

"Excellent service, clean and well-appointed accommodations. A/C unit wasn't working as well as it should and the door hinge was terribly squeaky, but overall, it was a good experience and I will stay there again in the future. "

"Very nice hotel. Clean. Good amenities. Pool was nice. Attached restaurant had good food. Only small issue was with breakfast, it stopped at 10 and we came down around 20 til and could hardly get to anything because staff was stocking and had cabinets open and were cleaning up. Other than that, great stay and great location. "

"The hotel was perfectly located for the JazzFest that happened to be going on when we arrived in Rochester. The staff were amazing - always positive and helpful. The rooms were modern and very clean. The gym was great - even has a Peloton! We'll stay there again for sure!"

"I can't recall the name of the attendant who was working the evening of our stay but she was absolutely terrific! She was funny and had a great personality. Everyone who worked there did actually, but the front desk attendant was my favorite!"
