Only problem was the bar/dining staff wasn’t to be found when we wanted something. Later my husband saw them outside. A glass of wine would have been nice when we came back from the funeral home.

I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was broken. Our bathtub leaked the entire time and dripped.

Very nice staff. Decent room and bathroom. Other guests were really annoying in the evening and through the night. Lots and lots of thumping and stomping. Hot tub was out of use but pool was okay, kind of chilly. I really liked the staff. They greeted us every time we’d see one another.

We booked this specific property because it had a hot tub which was a treat for my wife’s birthday. We were really looking forward to it so imagine our disappointment when we arrived to find the hot tub with caution take all around it. Very sad

Put in wrong room, no linens for sofa bed, hot tub closed, pool very cold, had to ask for towels twice . I booked this specifically so the kids could swim. We quit after 30 minutes. Not our best stay.

Rooms were dirty! Fronk desk staff was nice. Expensive rooms with no microwaves in them. Expensive snacks and meals. Food did taste good. Specifically booked here for hot-tub. Called in advance to see if pool and hot tub area was open. I was assured it was however the hot tub was broken/ice cold and dirtyy. Pool was open though. Disappointing

Our room smelled like marijuana, and we shared the room with young children. There was expensive breakfast you could purchase. Our air conditioning was not working, and the unit had a towel tucked in it. It was very warm in our room. When I booked the room, it was supposed to have a couch in the room. There was a tiny chair. The hotel also charged my card twice.

I liked the layout of my room. I liked how easy it was to access wifi. I liked the supply of linens in the bathroom. I liked how the table pulls out from underneath the desk area, which is helpful for remote work. I like the option of using blackout curtains. I love the balcony and riverfront view. I like the market area by the front desk. I plan to return to this hotel when i come to the McKeesport area again.

Phenomenal stay! Had a waterfront room and loved watching the steel barges sail by and just watching the Monongahela River. Super comfortable bed/bedding, large room and bathroom. Also a nice balcony. The staff (front desk, Bistro) were sensational! Walking distance from any and everything! Movies, restaurants galore, lots of shops, epic walking path flanks River and super close to downtown. I will definitely stay here again!

It’s a decent hotel, just stayed one night, so my adult son could go to Dave and Busters for the whole evening. The bar in very understocked, didn’t even have any white wine, and we were there around 6 in the evening, on a Saturday

The pool & hot tub were green. Overly crowded with young kids that jumped from hot tub to the pool. Room was nice and clean. Stayed for one night but wouldn’t stay for extended period.

I booked my two-day hotel reservation through Expedia (paid for, confirmation received), but upon arriving to the hotel a few moments later - the front desk receptionist said they were completely booked and I was unable to check-in. No refund was issued, and I was advised to contact Expedia (which is difficult to do).

Nice place but needs some maintenance
Nice quite place to stay and relax. Our heating unit making a loud noise and turned off the unit. I mentioned to the front desk. Other than that, great service.
