They sent someone up but ultimately nothing was done. We not offered a different room as I requested. It was so uncomfortable. ..."

"Great place to stay if not a busy night, had a king room booked and they gave us a 2 twins instead, ice machine on our floor was broken (not a big deal to us but def was to others on our floor). I’ve stayed here others times when it wasn’t as busy with no issue but this time missed the mark"
