The tiles on the bathroom floor had no grout and the tiles were cracked and loose underfoot. There was no lamp or clock on the nightstand, probably because previous guest stole the items. Yes, the place has that kind of vibe. I did not think it prudent to walk on the carpeting barefoot. There are multiple patches, all poorly done,...

"Comfie bed. Very clean property and breakfast area. Debbie at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She’s honest too. I hadn’t even realized I had left my credit card there when checking in and she brought it to my room. 😁"

"The staff were super sweet and our room was very comfortable and tidy! The halls here may look a little old and worn but for a quick night’s stay on a road trip that was hardly worth noting. Parking is very convenient and the area is surrounded by gas stations and convenience stores!"

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"You could not sleep with the noise. An alarm went off in my room. Staff said I could fix it. I would have had to move and climb furniture. I was told no maintenance was on staff. That was before 6, after being up from other noise most of the night."

"Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...

"Would stay here again. Needs more outlets, so whatever you do, don’t look behind the end table to look for one. You’ll find soda bottles and room keys caked in dust. However the frequently used areas are very clean."
